Terms of access

Who provides Halo

Halo Client is offered by Dan Gang, an individual seller based in Thailand. For support, billing questions or a dispute, open a Halo support ticket or contact IlayHamood on Discord. You can contact that Discord account without an active Halo subscription. These terms apply to Halo access purchased or granted through the official service.

Your personal license

An authorized account gives one person permission to use Halo-owned software during the access period granted to that account. It does not transfer ownership. Do not share, lend, rent, sell or transfer your account, subscription, activation credentials or access to someone else. One account is not a household, team or reseller license.

Copies and redistribution

Do not sell, redistribute or publish Halo-owned application code, installers or modified/cracked copies without written permission from the rights holder, except where applicable law permits it. Separately licensed components keep their own license rights. These restrictions do not override those licenses or rights in previously licensed releases.

Devices and rebinding

Access is limited to the account’s currently bound computer. Rebinding is for the same person moving to another computer and replaces the old computer’s authorization. It does not create a second seat. Use Rebind computer in My account to move your access to another computer. Device controls are access checks; they are not a guarantee against account theft or modified clients.

Plans and renewal

The current offered plans are THB ฿350 for three months and THB ฿700 for one year. The minimum subscription period is three months. Each paid plan renews for its stated period until canceled. The checkout must show the total price, billing interval, taxes if applicable and any discount before payment. No lifetime plan is currently offered. Any valid earlier grant keeps its own agreed terms.

Cancellation and expired access

Cancel recurring billing through Manage or cancel subscription in your Halo account when billing is available, or contact support. A gameplay ban must not prevent cancellation of future billing. Canceling renewal normally leaves access until the paid term ends; a ban for a terms violation can revoke gameplay access earlier. Expiry or revocation does not by itself delete saved account data or your local settings/password vault. Renewing access does not require resetting those files.

Refunds and consumer rights

Except where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation or other remedy, purchases are final and we do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind or a ban resulting from a terms violation. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights, remedies for a defective or misdescribed product, or any applicable withdrawal rights. Immediate digital delivery and any required consent or acknowledgement must be handled explicitly at checkout; visiting this page does not waive a right.

Tester access and discounts

Testing requires approval. Temporary tester access can be revoked. If there is no accepted bug or major-feature progress within the first 2½ days, temporary access expires. Five accepted bug points or four accepted major features qualify for a permanent 50% discount on future offered yearly and three-month plans. A crash counts as 1 bug point, an edge case as 0.25, a module fix as 0.5 and a minor wording change as 0. Only suggestions accepted as major features count toward the feature target. An application or submitted ticket alone does not qualify.

Optional donations

The linked Buy Me a Coffee page accepts optional tips separately from Halo subscriptions. A donation does not purchase or activate Halo access. Review the donation provider’s terms before using it.

Support and fair use

Support is handled through tickets with the tested operating system, subject and details. We aim to reply quickly without guaranteeing a response time. Spam, threats, fraudulent reports, attempts to access another account and abuse of the service can lead to support limits, a timeout or account suspension. A rejected ticket by itself does not automatically prove abuse.

Server rules and limitations

Use Halo only where you have permission and comply with the rules of the server you join. Features depend on Minecraft versions, server behavior and other installed mods. We do not promise universal anti-cheat bypass, protection from server bans, a PvP tier or compatibility with every server. Your game account and any server penalties remain your responsibility, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and supported versions

Updates to Halo are included during active access without separate upgrade fees. Halo updates are installed manually: the launcher does not automatically download or install new Halo launcher or mod releases. Download the current package from My account when you choose to update. Replacing the application preserves separately stored data; do not delete the Halo data folder or device-protected keys. Minecraft Java 1.21.11 is the current target. Other versions may be added later and can have different features. Old unmaintained client builds are not offered as supported downloads. Follow the install/update guide and keep a private backup before moving computers or removing Halo data. macOS Apple Silicon and Intel are the paid-release platforms; Windows downloads are currently limited to approved active testers.

Suspension, changes and applicable rights

Account access may be suspended for account sharing, unauthorized resale or redistribution, tampering with access controls or other material violations of these terms. You can contact support to dispute a decision and still cancel billing. Future price or material service changes must be communicated before they apply to a renewal. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer or privacy law, applicable third-party licenses or remedies that cannot be excluded.
